In the City of Starlight, the sky changes every day. The citizens look up to see a different universe each morning—a nebula forming a soul, a galaxy in collision, or the sun filtered through hydrogen gas.

The buildings are observatories, and the streetlights are distant quasars. It is a city of pure awe, where the explanation is always written by a professional astronomer.
