The City of Codecs

The City of Codecs is a labyrinth of formats and containers. The citizens are master archivists, decoding the cryptic languages of video and audio. They preserve the AppleDouble Resource Forks and the XYZ Point Clouds.

The libraries are filled with streams that must be demuxed to be understood. It is a place where a missing header can render an entire history unreadable.
